"Good service, but not for individuals"
I appreciated the service, but I inquired multiple times about its availability for individuals since I’m employed by a company and don’t own one myself. I was ready to pay for the service and even thought about upgrading after my demo, but they only sell it to business owners or require all the business registration info. So, my demo turned out to be a total waste. The sales team just won’t budge from those requirements.

CloudTalk is super simple to navigate and allows you to purchase phone numbers in no time. Setting everything up only takes a couple of days. This app is great for customer support reps who aren’t using a traditional landline.

This tool is super reliable and totally worth the cash. I really like how easy it is to set up and the options for integration, plus it has a bunch of features. My experience with their support has been great too; they were really helpful in fixing a few small issues.

"Great for Sales Roles"
I handle a bunch of calls every day, so I really appreciate the notes feature in the app. It lets me gather information while chatting. Having both calls and notes in one spot is super helpful. Plus, the app keeps track of call history and highlights any missed calls I haven't returned yet.

What I’m not a fan of, though, is that if I forget to save my notes before the call wraps up, they just disappear. I really hope they can sort this out to avoid losing important info.

"Been using this app for about 3-4 months..."
Been using this app for about 3-4 months and it's way better than other calling applications. The call quality is excellent, no issues with looping whatsoever.

"Simple to install and user-friendly"
The system is quite straightforward and a breeze to get going. After you’re all set, making and receiving calls goes off without a hitch. Being able to send texts from a computer is a major bonus!

Cloudtalk features a user-friendly design that's straightforward to navigate! It's way better than a bunch of other products that have complicated interfaces. Since I’ve got the plugin set up in Chrome, there are times when Cloud Talk picks up any string of numbers as a phone number. Cloud Talking is really assisting us in connecting with all the countries where my company provides technical support.

"Terrible VOIP Phone for Down Under"
This is the worst VOIP phone for Australia. I absolutely do not suggest it.

There's a massive lag during calls. The client can't even catch the opening greetings, and you end up having to say the same thing repeatedly. The onboarding process is a nightmare, with hardly any support available.

Definitely not suitable for Australia, that's for sure.

"Cloudtalk is a game changer for calls anywhere!"
I genuinely enjoy using Cloudtalk. It's incredible how you can chat with folks for hours, even when you're in different parts of the world. I rely on Cloudtalk for my job, as I need to connect with people from various countries every day. After three months of using it, I can honestly say I've never encountered any issues with this platform. I'm a big fan! (:

"We got ripped off for €2000"
We got ripped off for €2000.

At first, they appeared super helpful and friendly until we settled our initial bill. Just an hour after making that payment, they cut off our service without any explanation. When I reached out to ask why, they claimed it was due to 'fraud' but didn’t provide any evidence or details. I tried to get a refund, but they completely ignored our emails.

What a nightmare!

"Packed with problems and glitches"
Packed with problems and glitches. Ever since we began using Cloudtalk four months back, it’s been a rollercoaster of troubles... A few of our sales reps are unable to get calls. When we first flagged this bug, it took ages for the dev team to say it was resolved, but the problem just keeps hanging around. The dashboard frequently fails to display accurate info.

Inbound calls often go unanswered, leaving the caller hanging.
